SKILLS SQUAD
Swimmers who want to continue to train and compete at a club level. This squad focuses on skill development and a more gradual approach to aerobic training.

Kickboard
Pullbuoy
Fins
Must be competent and legal in all 4 strokes (over 100m and 50m on Fly), turns and starts. Must be competent and have a good understanding of streamlining. Should have some or a good understanding of how to use the pace clock for repetition sets.
